PROJECTS- RAFA hospital is a dream project on the anvil. Mariasadanam hopes to materialize this dream immediately. We aim to provide absolutely free mental health care to the poor needy patients. But we need the building and the other infrastructure.
- Construction of a playground for the inmates.
Buildings - Initially the inmates were housed in temporary sheds. But Mariasadanam can boast of a number of beautiful and comfortable buildings for its inmates today.
- The rose Block for ladies was constructed with the help of generous benefactors. It was inaugurates by Mrs. B Sandhya IPS and blessed by Rt. Rev, Joseph Pallickapparampil (Bishop of Pala). Right now, 110 women are accommodated here.
- The Parekkattu Kottaramparampil Thommachan memorial block was constructed in the year 2002.
- The L&T Block was constructed with the help of Alphonsa college Pala on the occasion of its Roby Jubilee Celebrations in 2004,Besides this ,a Mini Auditorium to seat 250 persons was constructed.

Rev. Fr. Joseph Puraidathil Memorial during Hall was built with the help From…. - St. Mary's Block was constructed with the generous help rendered by St. Mary's Prayer Group, Kuwait.
- St. Joseph's Block is a special block constructed for the care of elderly patients, Generous Contributions from several kind -hearted persons helped the construction of this hall.
